Just looked at the London LEZ regulations, blue badges get a discount (dunno what) provided they are registered.

Looking at the Euro LEZ advice, the regulations seem to be all over the place. Disabled are exempt but whether a UK blue badge would suffice it doesn't say, goes on about classes of disability. In some cases foreign vehicles are exempt provided they have been owned for a certain length of time minefield springs to mind.
