Default Audi A4 sline 170 2007 2.0tdi low mpg

Hi all wrong car for here but trying to diagnos low mpg from manily city driving 20/30 % highway mixed driving but mainly light-footed.
Thinking possibly
Maf related or injectors
Using Delphi which I'm new to I'm checking values of these or anything else that's has a sensor to eliminate
Anyone know what sort of values I should be seeing on
Injectors
Maf
Boost pressure
Thinking about manually adjusting cam in advance position to get power lower down for city driving apparently it's easy lol
Al

Ok so done a few tests on the maf via torque app
And in 3rd gear I'm peaking air flow rate of 150g/s at 5k revs then drops when revs at top to hold steady 120g/s
On idle it's reading around 8g/s
My question is the idle value high and should flow rate be dropping when rev counter maxed or do I possibly have an out of spec maf?
