Navall colour.
I have a Navall Star h/u fitted, the sat nav screen has lost most of its colour, washed out, is it repairable?. I bought one of the Rungrace h/u units from LITB, would I be better having the Rungrace fitted?. Any advice, please?. Thanks, John.

Repairing the NavAll could become a challenge. I read Jeff stopped supporting/repairing the units and you would need a very experienced person to replace the screen.
If you have a RunGrace unit (don't know which one) you would probably need an adapter to make it fit. My advice would be: go with the RunGrace. If it fails after a year or so you can rip it out and replace it with a different standard 2Din unit. That being said... you might want to look for a replacement for the NavAll with the same look and feel: https://www.aliexpress.com/wholesale...+mg+double+din The USP for the NavAll (being very well supported) seems to have faded lately...

Thanks for the reply, I can't fit the Rungrace as I am useless at electrickery, I will sell it and go for a h/u from member Jubarelly, hopefully plug and play with my Star. Thanks again, John.

Xtrons are a good choice and a local reseller is even a better choice Good luck with the new unit!

OK, Way off-topic here but I have to ask: Have you sold the 9" Xtrons to a Rover/MG owner? Would love to see how that looks in the dash.

Excellent! Looks great. Will be a contender when the NavAll1 decides to go to Electron Heaven

Ok, this thread is going haywire but I had to respond
With an interface that cluttered you might get yourself into an accident using the unit. I use this on my Eonon in our Jag: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...es.carlauncher Really nice and easy to operate Edit: My reaction is directed at the post from Dallas. Haven't got a clue how he managed to get it placed after mine but there you have it.
