Default Rover 75 Radio Advise

Greetings all.

Looking to fit a replacement radio to my 75. Looking for a DAB, Apple Carplay DD unit and your suggestion or recommendations would be much appreciated.

If anyone is selling a unit please drop me a DM

Regards

Martyn

You will probably need an intermediate wiring harness between your cars existing harness and your new radio. I think the new harness is a CTSRV006.2
for just a single din radio I don't know about double din

Most of the double Din android based units come with a harness to just plug and play with the exception of the SWC control wires.

I originally had an Xtrons unit which served me well for 5 years but seems to be suffering a dry joint issue at mo so i purchased a cheapish unit from Ebay based on Android 12 which does everything i need and pretty much everything the more expensive Xtrons unit had on board.
Unit below is similar to what i am using presently but pretty much any BMW E46 fitting unit will fit in a 75 but you will need to trim off the plastic ears to fit.
Will be more complicated if you previously had the HK system with seperate amp.
