Morning all from sunny North London.

25 years ago on the Saturday of the Bank Holiday I got married to my Val, the actual date is the 28th. But instead of a celebration meal I'll be tidying up Val's resting place.

When you meet someone special you think you are going to spend the rest of your lives together, never giving it a thought that you maybe on your own after 17 years. Most of us hope that it will be us that goes first and that our other 'alf will survive ok surrounded by friends and family.

Whilst I stay at Michaels, Val's brother, the cemetery is only a short walk away. We will both be taking flowers up to the church, for Michaels and Val's mum and dad are there as well. Michael is more religious than me so I know he will say a few words from both of us.
No doubt we will pop into the pub, "The Orange Tree", and toast their health.

I've got other stuff on today I can't get out of Jeff. If I'd know sooner I would have managed it.

Afternoon all, It's cloudy with sunny spells after a wet start this morning. I've taken the rosewood neck off and fitted that maple neck to the strat.

I got a water slide decal made up for the headstock

Going to be beef stew & mash for tea tonight

How does the cat manage to pluck the strings and reach the end of the fretboard or does he only play high notes.

I can relate to your feelings Bob. We returned from holiday today, and I still cant get used to not ringing or going to see my dad, even though its been almost 21 months
