Don't get me wrong - I like a bit of high-brow world cinema and Spirit of the Beehive is now on my 'see it if you can' list.
But my Tuesday night is all about 'Transformers' at the local pictures. Looking forward to a brainless violence/action/FX-fest. |

My 20 yr old boy went to see transformers - its (apparently) wicked !
Now in my day we went to see Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles (in the USA they were Ninja Turtles but in the wake of Bruce Lee the word Ninja was considered too violent for the UK!) - Happy days

Transformers was awesome!
Great FX/CGI, a reasonable plot (considering it is a fantasy) and genuinely funny too! Overall a highly entertaining film. |
