Default Still got water lose

Continuing on from my water lose problem and the advise from everybody. As explained just got the car back from the garage where it had new Head gasket radiator/matrix fitted.

Before the head gasket went and for the last 5 months prior to it going. I had a new gasket on the inlet manifold.fitted..and still I was continually putting water into the expansion bottle up to the mark...at least half a bottle of water a week. When the head Gasket went I thought thats it no more water problems. But now since I had it back 2/3 weeks ago I am still filling up with water up about the same amount every week.

I cant see any leaks around the hoses or on the drive.
The car drives perfect and does not overheat.
I can hear although gurgling sounds from around the internal heater hoses.

My question is::: I am losing water somewhere under the car as I go along from the heater...does it have an outlet under the car like an expansion pipe or something

Where does all this water go ????

Help please.

How far up the header tank are you filling? The maximum is at the bottom of the part you can see when looking into the tank after taking the cap off. Only check when cold.

Gurgling sounds around the heater system indicatea air bubbles are circulating, so the first step is to eliminate that by bleeding the system as described in Haynes. With an air free system you have a known starting point.

Half a bottle of water a week sounds like a large of coolant turnover that can't be explained very easily. I'd suggest there's a continual loss of coolant which is naturally replaced by air. So, there's an almost constant air lock/circulation going on. The heater doesn't have any external 'drain'. If the heater leaks within the car, the carpets will become waterlogged. Worth a check.

Does the engine oil look normal in appearance?
Does the dipstick level stay exactly the same week by week?
Is there any hiccuping or lumpiness during tickover from cold engine starts?
