Condensation is a possibility.

The question would be does the car use/lose water?

Having used and seen a few catch tanks used if the liquid looks a little like cold tea it is a common side effect of the catch tanks.

Use it more Mark! It's a lovely car, life's too short not to, and it will be more reliable with regular use.

If the oil cooler allows engine oil and coolant to mix you will get a horrible mayonnaise sludge in your sump and/or your expansion tank, so it won't be that. As said, condensation through infrequent use is the most likely explanation at the moment.

Sounds normal to me - the engine 'breathes' in normal use, so when hot air / oil mix from the engine encounters the cold catch tank, it'll condense.

Perfectly normal.
