Works well in black and white, maybe try lightening her eyes a little as they look quite dark on my iPad?

Already done, any further and they didn't look natural Mark

Edit......Just checked back and I had adjusted the eyes before the mono conversion so the eyes had darkened down from that

Further edit just now, see what you think ?

Here is a colour effort from the same shoot.
I was really having to work with flat lighting unfortunately !

The last one is best I think.

I'd clone out that spot on her jeans. Would be worth trying to tidy the top lip malfunction if you've got the patience and a steady hand

Nice shot.

I have and I will but on the back burner for future edits

I'm at work so just a little touch up........no sniggering at the back

Cloned mark out on jeans and a very rough (will do it properly when I'm at home and not at work) bit of editing to the lipstick

I think I prefer the colour version of the last edit if I'm honest after seeing both versions

I like the warmer tones of the colour version, its more my style. Shame about the eyes, have you tried a bit of dodge/burn on a seperate layer mask?
I might be tempted to clone out the railing too to see if it isolates the subject more. Its not distracting though as DoF has softened it out.
