I've always had excellent service from Mat. The problem is that these days everyone expects something yesterday. I've had people emailing me and then getting the humpf if I've not replied within the hour (honestly!). Just because they are always glued to their silly phones doesn't mean I am, can't stand the things personally. I just use mine for emergencies and even then half the time forget to take it out with me!

He has a life, a family. He can't be expected to be online 24/7. And anyway, good things come to those that wait.

Hi guys, we've had a large order delivered to us from MG, so we've been quite thinly spread since Thursday.

All emails should now be up to date, and I'm dealing with PMs now.

We're a legit outfit, and aren't about to run off with anyone's wonga.

Mat is better than he's selling himself there. I have always found him to be more helpful than could be expected of a normal business proprietor and quality, service and price are always very good. I believe that we are really fortunate to be served by someone who is passionate about the vehicles as well as making a living by doing the donkey work of sourcing parts, some of which are not easy to find.

My personal view is that Mat is right to have some boundaries so that the business doesn't completely take over his life and, although I was a little surprised by the lack of a phone number at first, I completely understand how this will actually help get parts delivered more quickly as it prevents communications from intruding on getting orders sent out. Keep up the good work, Mat

We're getting there, a lot of new stuff now here which will hopefully secure the long-term future of the business, and in turn the supply of parts for our cars.

Thanks again for the understanding chaps.
While we don't always get it right, we're always keen to address any issues in supply / communication, so all feedback is appreciated as always.

Not so good when you paid the 24h shipping.
But all sorted now, back to business, happy days...

Just to clarify, we don't offer 24 hour shipping - as mentioned on checkout, it's only ever 1-2 Working Days for a number of reasons - mainly being that our couriers don't guarantee collection due to our remote location.

If you PM me your order number, I can take a look in depth if you like.
