Thanks to Peter and Cliff for taking some of the equipment needed for Clandon,
I am looking forward to our next local meeting which will be second Sunday in August at The Ely.
Have a good couple of weeks and see you at Clandon.

Dawn I concur excellent meet once again, sorry Derek and Lilian couldn't make it. We missed you both, loads of banter, and jovial chat, I wish Bob Flying Nana, would bring enough money with him to buy a dinner instead of cadging five pence off of me.
Our next get together is in a fortnights time at Clandon House we have a stand there, it is Alan Jays memorial meet. And McMillan Cancer fund.
Even Andy Shiner turned up for half an hour,
Many thanks John for organising it and the beautiful clocks and our car information you have produced.

Julien.

Cool

Nice to see the New Boy Band, "The Zimmers", planning their first gig beside their tour bus.

Cracking meal in a nice location, but best of all, with lovely people. Many thanks to Julian for lending me a shilling.
Nice long chat with Gatekeeper as well, I even kept up with his 75 on the M4 on the way home.

Many thanks to everyone for their kind words concerning Banana. I never thought she meant so much to so many people. Makes me ever so proud to be a member of such a fine Car Club.

I'll post some pictures up in awhile.
I thought, that looks like Bobs V8, but it can't be, there's a woman sleeping in the back with biggish ears, then the penny dropped as you passed and waved ....

Pookey Bear

Your V8 certainly is a rare beast with its super charger on board. It was fascinating to hear about its history and development. Thanks for posting up the photos. My first time eating at the Inn, generous portions great company

Hi Pob
Sorry you couldn`t make it I wonder if you and maybe family will be able to visit our stand at Clandon Park Classic Car Show on 9th July/ it would be great if you could make it, all proceeds to Macmillan Nurses.
Because of the Clandon Show we will not have a local meeting until the second week in August at The Ely, London Road, Camberley.
Best Wishes
