Default **UPDATED** Waggon & Horses, Elstree 13th January 2013

**UPDATED**

Waggon & Horses Elstree Meet – 13th January 2013

Dear All,

Following on from our recent visit to the Waggon & Horses at Elstree and the recent positive feedback from members im pleased to announce the 2nd W&H meet will be on Sunday 13th January 2013 commencing at 12:00. Although that sounds miles away, it is only just over a month and I thought be something to cheer us up in those bleak winter days.

A big bonus this time will be the attendance of Rover54 (Ed) with his T4 box of tricks which will be of interest to members in the area.

I have spoken to Rob the landlord who is more than happy for us to perform work in the ample car park weather permitting. He has currently reserved us the same table we had last time by the fire in the window which was very cosy, although if numbers increase we could move into the Library which would give us a long dinning table and own area.

The food is very nice and service was good too, tea and coffee are available at the bar as well as a well stocked bar.

Please find link to Pub here: http://www.waggonandhorseshertfordshire.com/

Address:

Waggon & Horses
Watling Street
Elstree
Borehamwood
Hertfordshire
WD6 3AA

Current attendance list as follows

Mr_Shed
Flying Banana (Car could be Yellow or Blue)
Charlie Bizarrely
Woof25
Beejay
Rover 54

kenton

Kind regards

Tony (Mr_Shed)

Lets not get hung up on this………

Depending on the weather. I'll try and make it with either car.

"Waggon & Horses at Elstree . . . . . looking at a date of Sunday 13th January"

I'd very much like to come, all being well in whatever bleak mid-wintry pageant of weather we find ourselves amidst. My first (so far only) club outing was the recent Frog & Wicket gathering, which in common with this venue I've frequented for both meals and live music gigs long before I thought of obtaining a ZT. And this pub (W&H) has the major bonus of being very local to me (10 miles) .

It is nice to be invited to meets and perhaps other organisers might like to invite me, always prepared to travel to meet other members.
Hi Ed,
Yeah good news traction control working perfectly, get the reassuring whir every time switch on. Thank you for your time sunday.

Would be great if you can make it to W&H meet and I'm sure plenty members would benefit from your T4 skills same as I have.
If anyone interested in a T4 session let me know your coming and can add you to list.
Best regards
Tony.

Hi Mike,
Thank you for promoting the meet elsewhere, I will have a push on it over Xmas and New Year see if we can get extra people coming as had few maybes via PM.

That's no problem at all, think we should look into another venue in future break it up a bit.

Regards

Tony
