fixes have included shoving cardboard under it or pumping a sealant along it.obviously all of these will mean the roof lining having to be dropped. which works best i have no idea.anyway have a free bump and i am sure some one will be along to advise

Had this on my diesel when I bought it, only happened around 1800rpm.
Take out the front interior light unit and push in some cushion wadding or similar towards the back of the car......job done. This fixed mine and has been fine for six years now.......no need to drop headlining either

Mine was like this when i bought it several years ago. I didn't remove the whole headlining, I just released the sides of the lining enough so that I could get the nozzle of my sealant gun in and pump sealant into the gap between the roof panel and the cross-beam. It's been fine ever since.
