LOL They've just gone & done a very tidy job. Worcester Borsch Greenstar 4000 combi boiler installed & up & running. I'd forgotten what it was like to have warm rooms again, I'm sweating. The leccy guy asked where the consumer box was, I said don't be soft, it's a museum piece bakerlite fusebox affair which was state o the art back in 1920 & it's up there on the ceiling & tha will need ladders

He said I need to give you a letter about the age of it to cover my back, I said we had the DNO out for a safety check on the house electrics & it passed muster so that's good enough for me.

Well, it was eight before we lost Millie two years ago and Sydney last year Richard...

They are still cheaper to feed than me though
