Methinks you will find Halfords actually know what they are talking about and can be very helpful...I know, I know....not what you expect from them but just the same...

Mothercare World staff are very good as well, we went the Britax route and had no problems at all - just remember to buy a seat protector to save your seats getting marked, Mothercare do these for about £20.

I've said it before, I'll say it again - Kiddiecare - can't fault 'em. They buy in bulk so offer discounts on the big name brands and the staff at their new store were very, very knowledgeable and very, very helpful. We went a few months ago and they recommended we stick with our present seat as it was the best thing for Mini Per Ardua at that time - basically doing themselves out of a sale - but showing they had our child's safety in mind.

I reckon it is worth a trip to Peterborough - even quite a long trip - The rest of the store is great too, bargains to be had, all sorts of baby gadgets and a new dining area that as you'd expect, is really kiddie-friendly.

But they don't open on Sundays (apparently so the staff can have a day with their own families).

And no, I don't have a vested interest in them either!
