Ignition switch conundrum
Hi all,
I am getting no output on the white/red starter wire at the ignition switch. My question is is the switch likely to be at fault or is there something in the Magic Electronics that might inhibit the switch from starting? many thanks, Mike. |

Check if you have power to both Grey/Slate cables in pins 5 & 6 of the connector, they are both from the 50amp link 12 in the engine fuse panel, pin 5 is the power input for the White/Red cable.

Hi Guys,
I have 12v at both brown/slate wires with the key turned to start. I have jumped pin 5 to the white/red wire and the car starts, runs normally. So I guess I have to change the ignition switch. Do I have to drop the steering column for access? Mike. |
