Default First shots with my 40D!

Early start to get these, out at 4:15 lovely time of the day, if you can actually drag yourself out of bed that early.
Just getting to grips with the new features of the camera, love the ‘live view’ with the floating focus point!

Very nice, Is that a regular shooting spot for you or did you just happen to find one that good at 4am?

Yes Stuart, it’s a regular spot for me, when the tides in you get a good reflection!
Only about 15min from home.

Simon, the exposure was 1/6th F/29 @85mm, with a little hue and sat in Lightroom.

Thanks for the PM, but I think it’s even worse than sensor dust; I seem to have particles behind the first element of both my lenses!
