Electrical Window

My electrical window, European driving left side, is descending well but not going up unless I keep leveling up the botton on the door panel. I already changed the rubber around the window but the problem is still there. Any suggesstion? Thank you.

Been happening to me for the past few months, till . . . bang, cable snapped. That side (passenger normally) window regulator needs replacing. Rimmers will sell you one for £250 or plenty on eBay for £25 - £45. I'm about to do the swap this weekend, but I believe one of the more straightforward jobs on our cars, once you master replacing door cards.
