I do have an advantage over you of a Computer or three in my Office at work. Always busy.
Be down at your Airport Monday for a Flight in a A380 to Dubai.
For work of course. away another week less posting time.

A380 to Dubai? - - very dodgy aeroplane John. Too fat, far too heavy - can't possibly fly.

If I were you, I'd go in one of these instead: http://www.classicflight.com/tangoMike. Much safer - for starters, it's got those sharp whirly things on the front.

Nah, trust me, it'll be fine. All it needs is a couple of drop tanks and Dubai will be a breeze.

I should point out though: when you land at Dubai, make sure the front passengers get out first, otherwise the old girl will fall over on her nose and you'll be somewhat late for your tea.
