Can't you just ban him for 6 months?
Let everyone catch up.
Might get some work done at home then, if he doesn't keep flying off.

Hi Doreen, he tells us he does all the work at home, before you allow him to come on here. Is he being economical with the truth.

BTW it would take more than 6 months. I'm the second worst offender and that's 3 years worth.
