Default your favourite car

as the titly says. what is the best/your favourite car you have owned. mine has to be my mg zs 180 before i traded it in for zt. main reason is the acceleration and suberb handling

mine would have to be my very first car which was a meastro mg 2.0l turbo. I bought for 150 quid with a kaput engine. Me and my dad built it up with all original parts and had it re-sprayed in the original black paint it had when it started life. It would quite happily outrun a golf gti or possibly even a zr,zs,zt.

they were good cars i drove a friends not long back. 0-60 in 7.8 sec. very quick for a old car and one of the fastest about on the road in its day.

Now I know that I am going back a long way but I think that my best car was an Austin Shereline an A125 and believe me I have had quite a few motors in my life time

I couldnt state a best car, as each car I've had has had its better points, if you know what I mean.

My favourite car I've owned would be either my mk2 16v Golf GTi or my Focus ST170, which was one of the last off the line and had every conceivable extra. would probably have still had it if it werent for the dog...

If I could have a best car it would be

The handling and interior of my focus (full leather heated recaros, beautiful) with the practicality of my LWB terrano, the performance of my Mk2 gti (fast road cams and ported head make a rather fruity difference!) and the running costs of my gilera 125 scooter

My 1967 MGB-GT, spent two years rebuilding it in the late 70s but we had to sell it as the children grew taller!...all is not lost, as I am now reliving that mispent youth and rebuilding a 69 one...........in B.R.G...MUCH BETTER THAN SILVER!!

My favourite car is my ZTV8 but the R75 is a very close second.
