Hats been up on eBay recently. I seem to recall talk on here about it. Think the general consensus was that it was never a factory option and therefore the red sections have been painted/dyed. Looks like a good job done though and I quite like it.

you can see the paint where is gone over the black edge

if you zoom in you can see where they have overbrushed where the red and black sections meet.

Good job, just wonder how long it would last in use.

As said it's been dyed.
I bought a faded dark oak & black leather wheel so I could paint it to match the car but never got round to it.
