I get what you meant, I'm just going to replace all of the lights at once though. Some nice blue lights in the roof fittings and the LED conversion for all the electrics

Unhappy Sold it

Owned for 6 years and covered over 40k miles but this time tomorrow will, for the first time in 15 years, be MG less as I sold my B last year.

It's going to a good home, but more importantly the entire proceeds will be going to a worthwhile cause. Following my wife's diagnosis with cancer in the spring of last year I felt, as many do, the need to put something back into the system which has helped her in a most remarkable way. Being a chronic asthmatic and having a prosthetic hip I could neither undertake a 10k run nor jump out of a perfectly serviceable plane. Brave the shave was not for me either, so I had a senior moment and decided to sell the ZT and donate the proceeds to Breast Cancer Care. I will have space on the drive for a replacement, an S-Type Jag, but if I had tried to part ex it I would have got little or nothing for it and it may well have been scrapped. So a win for the charity, it carries on, a garage loses out and I can see about getting a car of my dreams.

What an admirable thing to do, hats off to you, and I hope your wife is making a good recovery

DONE: HAD A CRAZY IDEA THAT I HAD TO GET RID OF MY MG ZTT DUE TO NOT HAVING A DRIVE AND HAVING TO PARK ON A BUSY STREET WITH A VIEW TO GETTING ANOTHER ONE AT A LATER DATE WHEN I HAVE A DRIVE.

ENDED UP REALISING IT REALLY ISN'T PRACTICAL NOT HAVING A CAR TO GET AROUND AND I NOW OWN A VW EOS 3.2 V6 INDIVIDUAL (1 OF 20 REMAINING IN THE UK WITH THAT ENGINE AND TRIM COMBO) EVEN THOUGH I STILL LIVE ON A BUSY ROAD WITHOUT A DRIVE

Changed the 190's front brake discs and pads for Delphi parts. Noticed the track rod ends need replaced before next months MOT, I've ordered a pair of First Line track rod ends. Whilst there I've soaked everything with penetrating fluid to help me along hopefully.
