To Cruise Or Not To Criuse
I have retrofitted cruise control to diesel Connies in the past however, my query relates to the facelift model 75 in Classic trim of which I have no experience in this respect.
Members have posted that if a car left the factory with electric seats it would most likely have the wiring in place for cruise too. Seeing that the Classic has manual seats it would therefore follow that the necessary connections for c/c would be absent however, I wonder does anyone have the definitive answer on this? I would be most interested to hear if anyone has practical experience as to whether this model either has or has not a suitable loom in place. |

Pull the switch panel cover off below the heater control panel and see if there's some plugs covered in grey foam, I think the plug for cruise is blue but don't quote me.

I can't provide a definitive answer as I think it may depend on whether any additonal options were chosen when the car was new, but I had a 2003 Classic SE that was the standard spec and this didn't have the cruise control wiring in place.
As Ched said, easiest way to check is to remove the little bit of trim below the heater controls and look for this: https://the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/s...18&postcount=6
