Default Push in plastic casing bonnet divider block weak

The little plastic black casing that holds the 3 bonnet cables seems loose in its position.

There are two push in clips that are part of the casing molding, they don't seem to fit in the metal square holes on the inner wing securely enough (pops out so easily).

I've done the cable tie mod on end of cables, also rotated the block, but the whole casing keeps popping out to easily when trying to push back in.

Case is not damaged, not even the square holes on wing.

I've thought of drilling two holes in the wing (one above and one below the black casing), then cable tie the casing securely to the wing to be safe.

There's a hole in the wing nearby so cable tie it to the wing.

Thank you fellas.

...am I correct in thinking the little black block 360 rotate is so the 3 metal cable lugs are facing towards the engine (pop-out against the black housing facing the engine).

... or pop-out facing the metal wing ?
