Hi Sean
You can bring it but remember on Portland it's Bunnies,Longears or underground chicken but never and I mean NEVER use the "R" word on Portland..It is considered to bring the worst possible bad luck to the island..So much so that when the Wallace & Grommet film the curse of the wererabbit was released the posters were banned from the Island...True !!!
Cheers Ian

I'm not native to Portland so it doesn't bother me but I have seen grown men fight over it..
Goes back to early days when their burrows were blamed for causing rock falls in the quarries..

He is not kidding, it is true.
Don't know about the history of not using the "R" word.
Chaz and Dave would have been stuffed wouldn't they!

Was is something to do with the long eared things setting off explosives that were used in mining the Portland stone?

Have planned the route down to you via places of interest, i.e Esso, Shell and BP garages. Looking forward to seeing you both again. Been sometime since we met up last. Listen carefully and you will hear the plaintive cry of the V8.

Hopefully someone will be able to help me out and fix my CD unit. It's a long way to keep singing to myself and I only know one song.
