My Auntie's other half runs the airfield, so will check with him. Will sort out with you as to suitable dates etc if ok with you. Ben |

Hi Ben.... Sounds like a plan mate... No problem whatsoever.... If you do speak to them, it could be worth asking if they would have an issue if any cars were "worked" on when the meet takes place ? (maybe an area could be set aside for us?) I know when we met at the Caldecotte Arms that they were happy enough for the T4 to be connected up, but did not want any cars being worked on at all, which is understandable... As you know from the last meet, we have a few members that like tinkering and helping other members sort out probs... Did you sort your car out in the end

No one know of anywhere? Would be great to find some meet locations throughout the region, especially ones where we could tinker with the cars.... So any suggestions you have, then please just give me a shout, All I need is the suggestion and then I can take it from there and see if its a possibilty.... Cheers Guys..... Pete

(Unless this has already been done of course) What about a Midsomer Murder Tour thingy, Tom Barnaby had several Rover 75's in the earlier episodes and i've seen adverts in classic car mags for Inspector Morse Tours where people hire out mk2 Jags and tour around the countryside. Except we don't have to hire the vehicles out. And it was filmed in Oxon, bucks villages. Just a thought and nobody gets murdered. Colin. |
