Default 200 di for sale to a good home

I replaced my Rover 200Di with a Rover 75 in 2009. I really like the 75 so I drive that all the time. I still have the 120K miles 200Di in a barn. It still works fine, I was going to keep it but my girlfriend doesn't drive so, I would sell to someone if they were a real enthusiast that would keep it and make use of it.

The 200Di replaced my 1800 Golf GTi Mk1 and I kept both cars on the road for a while. In the end I sold the Golf. The Rover 220 was newer, nicer inside, as fast and cheaper to run.

owned a 45 diesel for a few years and what an excellent motor she was,
just be aware of corrosion on the oil pipes though {o/s bottom round to front of engine}.
protect them with some high temp grease.

if the MG ZR diesel is the same one which was used in the Rover 620SDI then its a brilliant engine (from the looks of the photos it is the same engine). The 620SDI my dad had managed 235k miles and the engine still pulled and had no issues. only had to scrap the car because the car itself started falling apart but the engine was fine.

These are a common problem - I sell around 10 sets a week. Unfortunately some only notice when it's too late, and there's nothing left in the engine.
