As long as your domestic oven has a reasonably good thermostat, it will do the job in minutes. I popped my lamps in for about ten minutes at 100C and they separated like a knife through butter. Whatever form of heating you use, it needs to be temperature controlled. Anything up to 120C for ten minutes won't affect the polymers used in the lamps. The casing is the softest part, made from talc filled polypropylene which has a softening point near 150C. The most difficult part is not burning yourself.
