Default fitting mafam mf1/75p roverron question

I found said device approx 6 months ago on a dead CDT I can't find instructions for fitting and plugs can turn ither way what side of the maf does the white dot line upto any help will ne brill

The white dot on the plug should point towards the offside wing assuming a RHD car. HTH

Turn the knob up in increments until the car runs properly, then back it off to the minimum it will go without losing power.
Ignition should be off while you adjust it.
