Why not get somebody who knows what to look-out for to knock up some kind of standardised checklist that proxy-viewers for prospective buyers would like to know the condition of, paintwork, extras, tyres, interior condition etc, etc with a rating value for each maybe that can be downloaded from here to assist in viewing?
