That looks like a little shower. I have some photos of in Russia where the snow is almost covering the telephone poles. Also they are clearing the streets and they are finding cars and army lorries underneath it all. To top it off, there Is about half inch of frost on the side of some buildings with icicles from three stories up to the ground. Now that’s what I call snow and cold. They can keep it for me.
