G'day all - 'tis a bright, sunny - but cool - day up here. For once, it hasn't rained through the night, so it's even dry under foot

Cool

As it is now chucking it down I’ve decided to blitz the kitchen. Cleaned the hob, oven, grill and got a second lot of washing on. Cleaned all the work surfaces down. Cleaned the extractor, boy that was sticky.

Just having a coffee then I’ll carry on. Biscuits? Oh! Go on then........

Afternoon all. Dear me! one minute it goes bright the next minute the skies darken & the heavens open, It's absolutely lashing down here and the forecast said light showers ....... my a*$e.
Funny how it's always laundry day when it's like this

I'm making meatballs & home made tomato sauce with spaghetti for tea.

Evening all, been out with the dogs hoping to catch a glimpse of the meteor shower...

Not one was spotted, even though we were miles from anywhere in total darkness with zero light pollution.

Is there anyone out there?
if so - good morning to you all!
Another school run day today for me, but at a bit more civilised time than Monday's was.
It's a clear, cool morning - just a hint of sun peeping over to the East - we'll see if it progresses further.

Morning all, what a crappy day I had yesterday. Fiona phoned at lunchtime to tell me she had pranged the car(again’! ) Backed it into a fence of all things while attending a course at a school outside of her comfort zone, only 7 months after having the front bumper repaired, the back one now needs replacing. I was stuck on a coach job last night, which ran late, then the A1 north was closed, so got diverted south, then I peeled off from the diversion route and followed another route north. By the time I got dropped off, cleaned the coach and got home, it was turned midnight. Will be on a go slow this morning.
It’s bright, but cool and blustery this morning.

Morning all, sounds like you need a cactus with the extra plastic all round Richard!!

Take it steady today, nothing worse than working when tired.
