Mornin', breezy, not raining at the moment but looks like it could any minute. Dunno whether to complete the spring roll batch or have a break today. The good news is I don't have to cook the ones I made last night, bag and freeze them.

Discovered why the vintage buses were out yesterday, LRT (Lothian Region Transport), the local bus company, is 100 years old and is holding a celebration weekend.

Hey Steve can I have a number 46 with a dozen Spring rolls?

I think the rain has got into the electrics! the fuse for the tumble drier has blown twice and they're the old bakerlite jobbies the fusebox is fastened on the outside wall and is damp, the wind must be forcing the rain through the mortar, I only had that back wall pointed t'other year.

Cool

Morning everyone from soggy Saltash.

More rain in the night. But it has stopped, for now. Hoping to get the garden sorted out today.

Morning all - North Yorkshire is the same as Geordieland at the moment - but despite the clear skies and bright sun, there's an edge to the temperature with a breeze coming from the North Sea.
I'm off to the Club this morning to try and update our stocktaking PC to Windows 10 version 1903 - a very longwinded process.

Morning everyone, damp & a little sunshine breaking through this morning, Looks like it wont last long judging by the beeb

I've got windows open around the house and the doors open on the garage to air it out after all that rain.

Just the mention of a windows update makes me grind my teeth Rod My recording/video editing PC has attempted those updates 7 times & failed every time

I don't connect it to the internet any more as the Windows 10 version on it is no longer supported.
I've got an SSD with Ubuntu OS on it that's destined for that PC, Just not got around to it yet as I'm not sure how to go about setting up a duel boot drive to use both systems.
I don't need the head scratching & headaches at present to be bothered
