Awesome progress.

Last major modified car i'm likely to do as i'm getting a bit long in the tooth to do it all again, but as my old fella used to say "if you are going to do a job, do it right". Don't quite think he meant spend more on modifying a 10 year old MG than just buying a modded Imprezza/Evo, but I like to be different, lol

Yep, removing the headlights will definitely increase the airflow

Epic project, I am eagerly anticipating seeing the end result.

well she's all packed up ready to go now.

Off to the bodyshop tomorrow into the very safe hands of Craig et al at DPL Autos to transform her. Not exactly your run of the mill bodywork requests but i'm sure they'll do a stunning job as they have already done new wings and bodywork repair on the wife's BMW and it's faultless.

A nervous few weeks ahead.

As I'm working in Gloucester for a week in a couple of weeks time, i've also arranged for the engine to be dropped off so that should all be happening at the same time.

Also picked up a set of 11 spokes from Pab yesterday which i'll get some Dunlop D01J or Toyo R888's which will just be for when i'm trying to get max performance on track or drag strip.

Getting all excited now, just wish summer would last much much longer !
