Probably too late now, but according to the K engine strip down, it say fit new patchlok bolts and tighten down to 80nm?

Found here http://www.vgkracing.com/k%20engine%20EU3.pdf page 54.

Hopefully someone else can come along and confirm, but I have just checked Haynes, and it says, flywheel cover plate bolts, 9nm / 7 lbf ft and for the flywheel driveplate bolts its 80nm / 59 lbf ft, they also star ** the fact you need to use New Bolts and clean the old adhesive from threaded holes in crankshaft.

Sorry the reply is late.

God knows how the main seal got into that state!

Hopefully you can get some trouble free miles out of it now! Touch wood since I did all my hoses earlier in the year I've not had any problems at all

Well I did think maybe the parts were along the lines of cold air intake, but there are too many joins, so I am now taking a guess at Something to do with Turbo, and diverting heat? or something fancy for the cooling system?

Or intercooler?

Something like that??
