3. I have a second car that's at my parents in one of their garages and has been for MANY years. So I do really need to move it.
4. The double door picture is taken from the garden entrance...he made it that way to be more secure and as it was motorbikes he was dealing with it was easy to move them in or out.

Maybe I could rent this out and rent another garage?

The only thing that bugs me about renting it out is that someone will have access to the back of the house and I am really worried that it will come and bite me

You never know what agro you might get with someone....if it goes wrong!
Put a big set of patio doors on the front and have it as a summer room, it will add value..

just strip it out and sell as a job lot on Ebay, it clearly isnt what you need and renting it out will just cause stress.
good luck

Looks good if you had a motorbike, but personally I rip it out and see if anyone on ebay wanted it. Like above needs must, doesn't seem that useful if you have a car.

I'd be interested in it if you rip it out, infact I'd come and dismantle things and take it away completely free of charge

I have an outside building about 8ft by 12ft and I'd love to fit it out like that!

Very impressive, but you need the space to suit you. I would rip it all out after offering it on ebay. I doubt it would fetch much though unless there is something unseen. Start with a series of pictures and some dimensions.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

Hi,
I will keep you in mind! It's really only the storage cupboards I'd want to get rid of.

Just need to get the "up and over" door clear and then enough room to drove a car in.
