Well I finally got round to this job.

Refurbed the one from ebay, new hoses & valve + bracket.
I'm in the process of removing the one on the car.

In this pic, can anyone tell me how to separate the hose with the blue ring on the left? and what is it that is fitted in the hole in the centre of the side panel?

Steven
Sorry about thepic size

I've found what the blue ring connects to, totally inaccessable behind the fuel tank filler pipe. Does not look like a job I can do on the drive.

Well hacked off

Hopefully you've sorted it mate, a couple of the connections can be tricky.

Hi Andy,

Yeh, they were probably the ones I gave up on, couldn't get my stubby fingers in there. I ended up cutting some of the old pipes on the cooler. Between the 'T' and the valve, also the 'T' and the upper connetion to the cooler, plus the larger connection to the valve. Then able to slide the cooler out of the plastic frame. Remove the frame and the rebuilt the new cooler in situ.

Diesel down my arm, coat.......
