Default pfv000090 cooling rail for mgzt

hi anybody now where i can get a cooling rail for a 2003 mgzt , xpart and rimmer bros do not have one and can not give me a time as they do not have a stockist for them anymore .... a good second hand one would do have tried flea bay thanks mark

thanks but xpart gave me there number a few hrs a go as they were showing one in stock and guess what they have sold it ..... might make some from copper pipe it has a 20 yr life span and you put lots of chemicals in your domestic central heating .....

It's item number 19 below but there's a few members wanting these pipes.
I would opt for copper or stainless steel make your own method !!
As a temporary measure (or permanent!!) replace the metal work with good quality rubber heater pipe

yeah think i will go down the make your own path does anybody now the diameter of the mild steel pipework so i can sort some stainless steel ones out ?

will let you know tomorrow if you want as i have just picked up a second hand looks like new will get you a diameter for you.

Always worth ringing around a few scrappies mate you never know..

thanks taz have tried loads of scrapies but none about , i am going to make some from stainless steel , one set to get the car up and running and a second set to get brackets made and welded to the pipe , mild steel is just going to corode again . bad design so diameter if ya can please thanks mark

diameter is 18mm give or take a mill....

that's the internal diameter.

external is about 20mm

thanks taz have some 22 mm in my van , will get a lenght of 20 mm in the morning and then if the weather holds out start stripping the front end down thanks again mark
