Default Bled my clutch today

here's a picture of the fluid before and after, i'll leave you to guess which is which
Do you think it may not have been done for a while, even though the service receipts say it had a new clutch and slave last year !!

I got myself a Gunsons Ezibleed kit.
Works a treat , as long as you don't have the pressure too high, I set it to around 15psi and all was good.

Does the clutch pedal feel any different now,lighter etc..?

Usually if the fluid is many years old it is black - due to the bits of rubber from the seals in suspension within the brake fluid.
Yours looks quite clean - that could easily only be a year or two in age.

JJ75,
it does feel lighter and on a couple of hundred mile run today it slipped into gear nice, It had was very "notchy" previously ( I've only had the car a few weeks) So fingers crossed it will be better from now.

Ideally the fluid should be changed every couple of years - the bits of rubber worn from the seals and held in the fluid will cause further damage to the seals of the system.
You also benefit from a nice pedal feel, which is a bonus.

Can anyone explain how bleeding the clutch will make the clutch pedal feel lighter?
