Right, lets see if i can put this together with the help of members.
I'm trying to see which dials work, which don't, what they mean, best settings and best warnings to set. As everyone submits results i'll add to this first page so its all in one place 1)0-100kph Time(Working)Gives the time from a standing start to 100kph, resets after every stop, keeps best times 2)0-200kph Time (Assumed to be working) 3)0-60mph Time (Assumed to be working) 4)1/4 mile time (Working)Gives the time for a 1/4 mile, resets after every stop, keeps best times 5)1/8 mile time (Working)Gives the time for a 1/8 mile, resets after every stop, keeps best times 6)100-0kph Time (Assumed to be working) 7)40-60mph Time (Assumed to be working) 8)60-0mph Time (Assumed to be working) 9)60-120mph Time (Assumed to be working) 10)60-80mph Time (Assumed to be working) 11)80-100mph Time (Assumed to be working) 12)A THR 2)Absolute Throttle Position B12 (Not Working) 13)Accel)Acceleration Sensor (Total) 14)Accel(x)Acceleration Sensor (X axis) (Working) Need's to Calibrate before use Shows "-" turning left , "+" turning right 15)Accel(y)Acceleration Sensor (Y axis) (Working) Need's to Calibrate before use Shows "-" turning right , "+" turning left 16)Accel(z)Acceleration Sensor (Z axis) (Working) Need's to Calibrate before use Shows result's going forward and braking 17)PedalD)Accelerator PedalPosition D (Not Working) 18)PedalE)Accelerator PedalPosition E (Not Working) 19)PedalF)Accelerator PedalPosition F (Not Working) 20)AFR(c))Air Fuel Ratio (Commanded) Fuel to Air mixture used, must be closed loop to work 21)AFR(m))Air Fuel Ratio(Measured) (Not Working) 22)Air temp)Ambient air temp (Not Working) 23)TripMSpeed)Average trip speed(whilst moving only) (Working) Average speed you were going while moving 24)Trip Speed)Average trip speed(whilst stopped or moving) (Working) Average overall speed 25)Baro)Barometer(On Android device) (Working) 26)Baro)Barometric pressure (from Vehicle) (Not Working) 27)Cat B1S1)Catalyst Temperature (Bank 1,Sensor 1) (Not Working) 28)Cat B1S2)Catalyst Temperature (Bank 1,Sensor 2) (Not Working) 29)Cat B2S1)Catalyst Temperature (Bank 2,Sensor 1) (Not Working) 30)Cat B2S2)Catalyst Temperature (Bank 2,Sensor 2) (Not Working) 31)COMEQR)Commanded Equivalence Ratio (Not Working) 32)Cost/$/km)Cost Per mile/km(Instant) (Working) 33)Tr.Cost/$/km)Cost per mile/km(Trip) (Working) 34)Av.Co2/g/km)C02 in g/km(Average) (Working) How much CO2 your car is creating 35)CO2/g/km)C02 in g/km(Instantaneous)(Working) How much CO2 your car is creating 36)Dist Empt.)Distance to empty (Estimated)(Working) Not sure how to calibrate 37)MIL Off)Distance travelled since codes cleared (Not Working) 38)MIL On)Distance travelled with MIL/CEL lit (Not Working) 39)EGR)EGR Commanded (Not Working) 40)EGR Err)EGR Error (Not Working) 41)Coolant)Engine Coolant Temperature (Working) Set Alarm In Setting Main Page 42)Power/kW)Engine kw(at the wheel) (Working) show's max HP and at what revs 43)Load/%)Engine Load (Working) But not sure what figure represent 44)Abs Load)Engine Load (Absolute) (Working) 45)Oil Temp)Engine Oil Temperature (Not Working) 46)Ethanol)Ethanol Fuel% (Not Working) 47)EvapP)Evap System Vapour Pressure (Not Working) 48)EGT1)Exhaust Gas Temperature 1 (Not Working) 49)EGT2)Exhaust Gas Temperature 2 (Not Working) 50)Fuel Cost)Fuel Cost (trip) (Working) 51)Fuel Flow/l/hr)Fuel flow rate/hour (Working) 52)Fuel Flow/cc/min)Fuel flow rate/minute (Working) 53)Fuel)Fuel Level(From Engine ECU) (Not Working) 54)Fuel Pres)Fuel Pressure (Not Working) 55)Fuel Rail/kPa)Fuel Rail Pressure (Not Working) 56)Fuel Rail/kPa)Fuel Rail Pressure (relative to manifold vacuum) (Not Working) 57)Fuel Rem/%)Fuel Remaining (Calculated from vehicle profile) (Working) 58)LTFT1/%)Fuel Trim Bank1 Long Term (Working) 59)F/T 1x1/%)Fuel Trim bank 1 sensor 1 (Working) 60)F/T 1x2/%)Fuel Trim bank 1 sensor 2 (Working) 61)F/T 1x3/%)Fuel Trim bank 1 sensor 3 (Not Working) 62)F/T 1x4/%)Fuel Trim bank 1 sensor 4 (Not Working) 63)STFT1/%)Fuel Trim Bank 1 Short Term (Working) 64)STFT2/%)Fuel Trim Bank 2 Long Term (Working) 65)F/T 2x1/%)Fuel trim bank 2 sensor 1 66)F/T 2x2/%)Fuel trim bank 2 sensor 2 67)F/T 2x3/%)Fuel trim bank 2 sensor 3 68)F/T 2x4/%)Fuel trim bank 2 sensor 4 69)STFT2/%)Fuel trim Bank 2 Short term 70)Fuel Used)Fuel Used(trip) (Working) 71)GPS Acc/m)GPS Accuracy (Working) 72)GPS Height/m)GPS Altitude (Working) 73)GPS Brng)GPS Bearing (Working) 74)GPS Sat)GPS Satellites (Working) Shows how many satellites GPS is connected to 75)Spd Diff/km/h)GPs vs OBD Speed difference (Working) Shows the difference between OBD speed and GPS speed 76) HP/hp)Horsepower(At the wheels) (Working) Depends on vehicle profile, rolling start then accelerate to 88 km's on flat road for best results 77)Intake/C)Intake Air temperature (Working) Any ideas of best figures or where temperature is taken from? I have found the following to work - so far.....
1) Air Fuel Ratio(Measured) 2) C02 in g/km(Instantaneous) 3) Engine Coolant Temperature (Sits around 90-92 Degrees C). 4) Engine Load (Absolute) 5) Fuel flow rate/hour 6) GPS Altitude 7) Horsepower(At the wheels) 8) Intake Air temperature (Throttle Housing on V6). Around 33-34 Degrees C with warm engine at a constant 30-40 mph. 9) Kilometers Per Litre (Instant) 10) Kilometers Per Litre(Long Term Average) 11) Litres Per 100 Kilometers(Long Term Average) 12) Miles Per Gallon (Instant) 13) Mile Per Gallon(Long Term Average) 14) Speed(GPS) 15) Speed(OBD) 16) Throttle Position(Manifold) Sits at about 11% at idle. 17) Timing Advance 18) Torque 19) Turbo Boost & Vacuum Gauge (Even though mine is not Turbo). ...also 20) Charging Voltage (Around 13.4) 21) Eco Warrior (Driving Style - Mum's Taxi - lol). I've notice quite a few others working, but these are the ones I've taken note of so far. Hard to give figures as obviously they change all the time, other than the ones I've quoted. I hope this helps a bit.....

Inlet air temp comes from the MAF on diesels.
Not sure if you can view the sensor on later diesels between the intercooler and EGR. |

Thanks updated
Would be interested to hear what some mean, for example what "timing advance"? |

What it did was advance the spark timing as the revs increased, (sparking more and more before top dead centre, piston reaching the top of the cylinder on the compression stroke) either mechanically by use of centrifugal force inside the distributor, or increased vacuum generated because of higher revs. Hope that explains..... These two videos might help, although they are referring to distributors, Ignition Timing Advance is all the same in theory. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZnR1...feature=relmfu http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cFfnenMFQ3U NB. Modern cars do this Electronically.
