As good a reason as any I suppose, but what was the reason for the eyepatch, parrot and cutlass?

Linda and I really enjoyed the event and in particularly meeting some nice people. Great to put faces to forum names. Better half even got a bit of shopping in. Can't be bad eh!
Ronnie showed me all his mods & upgrades (on his car that is!). Going to have to get some money saved up by the looks of things.
Anyway, a really good day out and thanks go to those who organised the event in 'sunny' Hartlepool!!....... Special thanks to Colin our convoy leader
Is it Durham next?

I didn't take many photos but those that I did can be seen here: https://picasaweb.google.com/freddsp...artlepool1600# Not a lot of the cars, except mine and a fly-tipped rusty old upturned bath tub some bloke dumped next to it.
