Morning all.

Cool and damp in the North East.

Due to dry up in a couple of hours - fingers crossed.

Took Quizzie for an evening walk last night. Bright blue cloudless sky and still nicely warm

One very happy dog with plenty of dips into the river and a lovely way to end the day.

Quizzie will be walking along the Tyne from The Lamp later today and thoughts will be with Rich & his family.

Back home very late tonight after my first trip to a Japanese restaurant.

Have a good day.

I’m not sure where Steve has got the sun from, it’s dull and grey here in the South of the county, im not bothered though as long as it stays dry.

Morning fellow Forumites - I think Summer has left the room. It's cold (thick fleece cold), drizzling and as dark as December. No reason to leave the house today - SWMBO's regular physiotherapy sessions have come to an end so that's a weekly Monday trip no longer needed. She's now on the waiting list for an appointment at the musculoskeletal clinic.
Daughter, hubby and granddaughter are having to self isolate after they inadvertently came into contact with the son of hubby's step father who then tested positive. Luckily, we've had no contact with them, so should be OK

It must have been the mushrooms that I picked on my walk and fried them up for breakfast.
