Afternoon all - what a glorious, sunny and warm day. There's still a touch of a cool breeze in the shade, but nowhere near as cold as it has been of late.
We're taking daughter and granddaughter for a stroll around one the local (ish) parks this afternoon - do I need to put L plates on the pram if I'm pushing it

Seriously Rich, don't hide yourself away. You know you'll always get help and support from your fellow lunatics here.

You could always get Angela to walk in front with a Red Flag

Soon I'll find repose

And then I'll hold you in my dreams

Had an update from hospital earlier, mum is sitting in her chair talking to the ward staff and appears to be at the stage she was on Wednesday evening when she was discharged. They are keeping her over the weekend for observation and monitoring then if all is well she can come home Monday tea time.Just off to visit now.

Evening all, What a glorious day it's been, A full day in the garden with the T-shirt off & I'm sun brunt I'm going to look like a tanned Adonis before much longer Missus has done THE BIG SHOP & a fresh stock of smoked bacon, black pudding & Henry's cider in the fridge

Compost! The good stuff is getting hard to come by as my usual places have sold out completely The Irish compost is going to be 6 weeks before it arrives I've a lot more plants to pot up yet & run out of 30 ltr pots for me tomatoes, Just ordered some off the Bay.

I did one of those ASDA chicken crowns with mash, carrots cabbage, cauliflower & peas for tea Lovely jubbly it was too.

Morning all.

Am I the first .

More wall to wall blue sky and no visit from Jack. Heavy dew though.

Hoping to try out the recently cleaned snow foam bottle later on - I'll let you know how it goes.

A walk with Quizzie & a trip to Lidl planned. Their Low GI Multiseed cob is lovely and it's always worth a look at the Parkside stuff to see what goodies I might "like" .

Enjoy the sunshine and take some time for yourself.

Cool

Good morning everyone from sunny land of the pasty.

Yesterday’s walk ended much before started. Wrong shoes on, leather instead of walking boots, and my hay fever kicked in big time. Not been taking any medication as it’s not been playing up, but yesterday it decided it was time to come out of hiding.
