Morning all.

Dry ATM but obviously has been raining overnight.

Brightening up too.

SWMBO is back at work after severing the tendon to her big toe on Boxing Day. She's been very fortunate as not huge amounts of pain but I'll be ready with the Ibuprofen & Paracetamol for when she gets home. Aren't I a good husband .

The tourer is covered with a sandy dust; so as SWMBO is at work it could be time for a wash and I've got the sun visor mod to do as it fell out of its housing the last time I moved it to cover the driver's window.

Take care.

Morning (only just!) all - we've lost our sunshine today, but we still haven't lost the pesky freezing cold wind.
Just made an appointment to pay a visit to our local council rubbish tip - or as it's known now - recycling centre. What a palaver - having booked a slot on line for 10.00 am tomorrow (don't be late or early as you can lose your slot!) I have to take two forms of identity with me to prove my address and the fact that I pay my council tax to this particular council. Can't take anyone with me to help unload - must be driver only.
I'm almost tempted to have a bonfire with the rubbish I'm taking, but seeing as how it is old plastic garden chairs, my neighbours might object to the smoke and smell

Not quite as cold today but that's only because the strong wind has swung a bit to the west, however there is rain blowing around in it

Got a letter for another ultrasound scan, been scanned more often than the Starship Enterprise!

We don't have to do that much, they have odd and even days so if the numbers on your reg end in even number you can only visit on even number date, but you have to provide proof of address

Afternoon all its dry and cold here, just recently finished a 90 minute online "training" session for my S E N D transport work. Basically the coach company I do a bit of work for has a couple of SEND school runs and it's to familiarize myself with the council's policies on what we are allowed/not allowed to do regarding transport.
