Morning all,I’m up and down like a yo-yo atm good days and bad days, I can start the day feeling ok and then halfway through start feeling like sh.. again, I have nevgad any more feelings of wanting to “get out” though thankfully.
I have given the estate agent a cut off point to tell all parties involved that I want a definite answer yes or no by the close of business on Monday evening. If not then I’m pulling out and giving the house sale to another agent.Both my buyer and their buyer have wasted so much time, it has been almost 7 weeks since I accepted the offer and we are no further forward. My solicitor says we should be almost at completion stage by now House has been for sale 9 months,32 viewers but only “tyre kickers” claiming it wants too much work which it doesn’t. Only 2 offers both time wasters.

Decent enough morning but feeling cold again.

Need to replace the base of our bird feeder as the pole has snapped off

Looks like I'll be dragged round some random garden centre or other. Not my favourite pass time as I'd just find one, get it and walk out but if SWMBO is there (in her wheelchair ATM) it'll be a trawl around the whole store looking at stuff that's completely irrelevant to the reason we're there

.

G'day folks - from a cloudy, grey and damp day up here.
I've been AWOL for the last couple of days, attending to a series of family matters. What with COVID restrictions, wife's physio, daughter's new addition to the family (and she can't drive for another 3 weeks, so grandad's taxi is in demand) and loadsa other things - I'm thinking of trying to get a job - it's less work
