Good morning to one and all - the sun is currently having a battle with fog/mist to see who will prevail. There's been a pretty heavy frost overnight all the garage rooves are well white over.
I managed to re-assemble my garden gate over the weekend, so today, with muscle power help from my son, I intend to mount it again.

Sits back and waits for the inevitable comments

Postman has been

Just got my bill for my tolls for my boat,I have only notified them every year for the past 10 years that I no longer have the boat.

The Broads Authority is run by idiots who just waste the toll payers money by not keeping their records up to date

Mind you its good for Royal Mail and my pension fund

Another team of electricity board guys have turned up in two transit vans & a mobile hoist platform truck to remove the old electricity supply cable from the wall

I said you wont get that truck up my driveway & anyway I said just leave it where it is it doesn't bother me, I've tided everything up now. I'll get my missus up a ladder later on today to take it down & go weigh it in.

Morning all.

It one of those chilly, damp, mist in the air ones here.

No frost overnight though.

All a bit flat after the lovely weekend.

The floor tilers are here which means that to get stuff from the shed is a trip through our neighbour's garden and across the back of the houses. So getting "odd jobs" sorted is a bit of a pain.

But in a few days it'll all be done and that means that boots and muddy paws won't be such an issue. We walk straight into the house from front or back so carpet/laminate etc. gets a hammering as there's nowhere inside to take off boots or towel Quizzie down.

Take care.
