Two workmen have turned with a pump to pump out the water before back filling the hole

Morning all.
Clear blue sky and bright sunshine here. And yes, frosty. Brrrrr. Waiting for it to get a bit warmer before Quizzie gets her walk . |

That can't be right . There should be at least another half dozen . Maybe they're just the pathfinder force, relaying the amount of mud and size of the hole and the depth of the water and volumes of muck available to fill the hole back to the main platoon . Hope it all gets sorted very soon. Last edited by AndyN01; 26th February 2021 at 09:18.. |

Been thinking about it for a few years. Maybe one day when the novelty of the car shows wane.

LOL yeah doesn't look right without half a dozen vans blocking the service road at the back I'm just glad they arrived with a pump as I wouldn't have let them backfill the hole with all that water squelching out over my lawn/driveway.

Morning all - another sunny one too, although there's still the remnants of an overnight frost. Once the sun has warmed things through a little, I'm going to make a start at re-fitting my garden gate which the wind damaged the other day.

Always preferred smaller dogs but had a Doberman at one point! Only thing is large dogs don't live as long as smaller ones. The Toy Poodle we had was with us for over 18 years whereas we lost the Doberman when she was only 9. Last edited by stevestrat; 26th February 2021 at 13:21.. |
