With the number of meds I'm on I use a weekly organiser, section for each day, AM and PM. It allows me to keep track of my supply, I refill every few days rather than waiting til it empties and if something is getting low when I refill I reorder knowing I have at least seven days grace.

Cool

Morning everyone.

Supposed to be a sunny day today, just hoping someone has told the sun that they can come out today as we have lots of grey clouds at the moment.

Essential shopping today.

Morning everyone

A planned power cut from the power company today, so I told the welder not to come in, he is making burglar bars and steel trellises for our new build. Nice weather this week, dry and hot, can’t complain. Jessica is doing her physio exercises and is now able to walk further since fracturing her spine last October. A positive mind, wearing the chest brace and physio is the key to her recovery.

Had an email this morning from gov.uk, the British Army in Kenya have just opened up a £70 million defence facility which will be strategic.

Lonely days are long
Twilight sings a song
All the happiness that used to be

Soon my eyes will close
Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams, you're always near to me

I'll see you in my dreams
And then I'll hold you in my dreams

Plus the buyer has faffed about for 6 weeks and not handed in docs to their solicitor. I can't get a repeat on my meds til Friday so the stress and pressure is sky high again
Hi Richard

I agree with what Andy said about it ending and it is something you are not alone in having to shoulder on your own. Sharing and unburdening your worries and anxieties here is all part of it. I realise somethings are beyond your control and you are doing your best, so please do keep posting.

Well the electric board guys haven't showed up today The big hole is full of water again and will need pumping out the back service road is covered in a film of mud where they pumped the muddy water to It's pointless attempting to do some cleaning up until they've finished. Lovely bright day but a tad cold, I've been sowing some flower seeds in the greenhouse this morning & it's nice & warm in there

Morning all - from a bright and fairly sunny North Yorkshire. Life is organised here - Angela's weeding the borders in the garden, and I'm glued to Test Match cricket live from India on Channel 4 - it's a hard life isn't it

SWMBO is the big cricket fan and she's sat watching it too.

But not very impressed at what she's seeing at the moment .

Apparently it's important to keep her foot lifted up and to keep well hydrated with numerous cuppas while her tendon heals .

It's a hard life .
