Today I removed the rear Parcel shelf and replaced it with a cream coloured Shelf as part of the first step in fitting a cream Interior. The parcel Shelf had the rear Sunblind and I am happy to say that the Blind is working perfectly.
I also installed cream leather seats in the rear and front. The good news was that the car was already wired for Electric sets, so happy days.

That looks stunning Karl, may I ask how much they charge to retrim a wheel?, as I have a walnut wheel to replace my current wheel, but the leather is very tatty indeed. |

The queue to get in was horrendous, and unnecessary as they were only checking wristbands and not guiding folk to their respective clubs or marques, but there were plenty of spaces left in the upper car parks by the lake. Not even queues to get into the museum or collections area, although there was too much going on outside to bother. A great day you missed out on.

Fitted my Grandson's new car seat to my ZT. Quite snazzy with it's matching upholstery although I'm sure he would prefer to be sting up front with me, but the law won't allow it. In good time!

Fitted forward and rear facing cameras to the ZT, quite chuffed with the result, it's all working but I'm going to tidy the wiring up a bit more.

Fitted new Lemforder droplinks yesterday morning as the old ones were rattling like nobody's business and MOT is coming up in the next couple weeks.
Not done the droplinks on a 75 before and was dreading it due to the stories I've heard of the accessibility of the top nut. In the end it was a piece of cake and quite enjoyable really. |

Upgraded my old Rover TV unit to the BMW version. I now have a full screen display.

Thanks Christopher. It was £170 to get the wheel re-trimmed. Make sure you mask off all the walnut to prevent scratches/damage during handling.. Cheers, Karl. |

Dash cam front and rear
Had my front and rear dash cams fitted. I'm rather happy with them.
